描述
UltraClean® Microbial DNA Isolation kit专门设计用于提取1.8mL细菌纯培养高质量基因组DNA。经测试能成功提取各种微生物包括真菌孢子、酵母。
首先,微生物在加热、去垢剂和机械联合作用下崩解,释放的DNA吸附到硅胶离心柱上,经过清洗洗脱重悬于DNA-free的Tris缓冲液中。推荐使用我们的涡旋仪及适配器,以达到更佳的提取效果。

New Method for Ectomycorrhizal Roots
The MO BIO UltraClean® Microbial DNA Kit works well for us. We have been trying to isolate DNA from ectomycorrhizal roots. Published methods for this are available, but they are slow and may involve highly toxic chemicals. When isolating DNA from pine ectomycorrhizas, we use the Microbial DNA Kit in conjunction with IRS (Inhibitor Removal Solution, available from MO BIO) and obtain PCR-ready DNA. No grinding or freezing is necessary. The process is simple and rapid.
