描述
UltraClean® Tissue RNA Isolation Kit专门设计用于高效率提取各种哺乳类动物组织和培养细胞中的总RNA。
新鲜或冷冻的组织加入裂解缓冲液，使用组织均质器或研钵均质。总RNA吸附到硅胶离心滤膜上，经洗涤重悬于RNase-free 水（试剂盒提供）。试剂盒已配有所有实验所需RNase-free tube管、试剂等。提取得到的高质量RNA可直接用于RT或RT-PCR等下游实验。
